Watch: R2K submission to Parliament on #DataMustFall and Cost of Communication
On Wednesday 21 September, the Right2Know Campaign presented to Parliament on the high cost of data and airtime. Our delegation, made up of Nomacebo Mbayo, Vusisizwe Mpu, Murray Hunter and Carlos Rey-Moreno, told Parliament that high cost of communication is stifling South Africans’ freedom of expression and right to communicate. We will continue to demand affordable data and airtime and fast and reliable internet access for all South Africans.
