Our latest tabloid newspaper – Your Right2Know – celebrates the High Court’s ruling on government’s “secretive” Nuclear Deal process that has been hailed as a massive victory for transparency. It also warns ordinary citizens about the dangers of the RICA Law. RICA is meant to protect people’s constitutional right to privacy. But it also violates that right. It also highlights the urgent need for the land audit. The struggle for land is one of the most burning issues facing the people of South Africa.
